Yes, you can refer anyone - even if they have an existing account with us. For your referred friend's eligible reward(s), they have to use the referral link to take advantage of the monitoring and watchdog services.
You will receive an e-mail with a link to redeem your referral reward.
The referral system will start the verification process and an e-mail will be sent with more information about the next steps. It takes between 2 and 3 business days for you to receive your reward. You can always sign in to your account and go to My Rewards page to check the latest status.
Your friend need an account. The e-mail address and referral link in their account should match. After the referral process is completed, we will add the reward amount to their account.
